Autumn’s Child Plays SIUE

Autumn’s Child, a music ensemble lead by St. Louis resident Mark Holland, plays a blend of jazz, classical, folk and world music on Wednesday, November 18, starting at 7:30 pm at the Morris University Center.
The ensemble has an extensive history of playing Holland has recorded tracks for a future PBS documentary, “Redemption Road,” and has appeared as a guest performer on the album Horsepower by Capitol recording artist Chris Ledoux. He has also recorded his own albums, many of which have been nominated for the Indian Summer Music Awards, the Native American Music Awards and the Just Plain Folks Music Awards, to name a few. In addition, music by Autumn’s Child has been featured on NPR, PRI, JPR and various satellite radio stations as well as various community and internet stations.
Tickets for the show are $27; SIUE students, $13; SIUE employees and retirees, as well as all senior citizens, $25. Ticket information are available here, or by calling (618) 650-5774.
