Matt Meyer and Craig K at The Stagger

The Matt Meyer and Craig K band are rockin it at The Stagger in Edwardsville. They play mostly all original material written by Meyer and their style of music is a mix of Rock, Reggae, Funk, and Folk.  Meyer says “I draw the majority of my inspiration from Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Tom Petty, and Ben Harper.”

Meyer plays accoustical guitar and vocals, and Craig Knebel rocks the congas. Both musicians have tons of musical experience. Knebel played with Aaronn Kamm before the One Drops were formed and Meyers is a former student of Jazz at SIUE.  They have two shows coming up at The Stagger Inn (Jan 21, 10pm-2:30am and Jan 22, 5pm-8pm).  Go by and check them out.
