Halloween Havoc

Do you have your costume ready? This year’s first annual “Halloween Havoc” costume party promises to be a hit, so make sure you don’t miss it. Hot 104.1 will be in the building with D.J. Playboy Mixx giving you all the new unreleased Hip-Hop and R&B along with Mellow-D as hosting event. At midnight, they’ll start the “Sexy Costume” contest. Must be 21, with ID, to enter. Check it out at K.C. Hall in Edwardsville.
